Better known as Ms Sugar Plum: The Cake architect, Nastassja Lusengo is the engineer behind the concept bakery, The Indulgent Sugar Plum (TISP). Renowned for her sky-scraping artisan cakes, her distinctive decorating style marries her creative disciplines in fashion and art giving her clients a contemporary perspective on cake design.
